Was behind this coal-roller for a while this morning. Cool car, and you never see them in the NE, but what a smelly little beast.

No damn wonder the US was turned off to diesel for so long. VW ruined diesel's reputation - TWICE.

I saw this on the way back from Fiverwest on the 205 in Portland. Not sure what it is; hopefully someone will know from a distance.

I see 60's Ferrari. But I could be off by a mile. Noteworthy car whatever it is, I love seeing stuff like that on the road.

No pics, I saw it from the overpass as it was about to pass under. But it looked like a run, first I saw one, ok, unusual, but then I noticed the trail of cars behind it. Might have been all Healeys, I think there was a Midget or two in there, or it might have been a British car run, I think there may have been a Mini in there. A real Mini, not the big ones that are currently for sale. I was hoping they were getting on the freeway, I thought I saw one turn but I slowed for a crawl for a while and nothing. Oh well, still good to see unusual stuff.

Was sitting behind this yesterday and was staring at it before I realized what it was:

One of my clients has the first version of this that they imported into the US.
It's a hot little grocery-getter.

Saw these today at a vineyard where my restaurant was doing an oyster roast. Just a beautiful day and a beautiful contrast between the XKE and the MG. Made me wish I was in the e28, but I was working in the Toyota Sequoia.

MGs were cool, but E types were just so gorgeous in their day. On the highway they look really old now, wheels too far inset, vertical windshield, but still a head turner. Crazy high top speed from a 6 cylinder engine just didn't compute at the time.

Somewhat OT, I remember when a friend went off to work in Saudi Arabia for a year or two and came back to find his held water far better than it kept it out, 4 inches in the footwells. The red leather was green with mold. But that one in your pic is a beauty!

Had to drive by twice to figure out what it was, I saw British, probably early 60s, but couldn't place it beyond that. Second run I saw Hillman on the hood and Minx somewhere else. Baby blue convertible like the one in the pic. Dunno if it was RHD or LHD, I was too focused on trying to figure out what it was. I don't think I've ever even seen one before!

Thanks for uploading the image Karl, it was my first attempt and a fail. What made me want to get involved, was the post on the lack of traffic to the site. I have been enjoying this site quietly in the back ground for several years and would be bummed if it were gone. FYI, I do own a 1986 BMW e28 that I have owner since late 1987. I get a ton more attention driving it around these days then the day I acquired him, I get thumbs up everywhere I go. Thanks again!

We have a Veyron in the shop this week. Somewhat out of the ordinary given there are only two in the country and neither are legally driven on public roads.

No, it is a late 60's Fiat 124 Sports Coupe. The owner of the shop specializes in Fiat's. I thought someone here could appreciate it!

I thought this was an interesting header and side pipe configuration for a mid 60's vet?

I seen this e28 owner driving around several times, but we never seem to be in our e28 at the same time. This one day I seen him parked in front of OSH, so I sat around for almost a half hour waiting for him. Oh well, maybe next time! Good photo opportunity :D

On the way home from work today there was a late model M6 in the next lane. We exchanged the usual waves and went our separate ways. His car was a dark metallic grey, very close to the diamondschwarz of my my car, I thought it was a pretty handsome car. It is kind of weird to see an M6 with four doors, though.

In the lot at the office I've seen this GTR a lot lately. It seems to be a very adjustable suspension. This is not the leauxest it has been. There have been days where the rockers are basically on the ground.

Confusing, since BMW has tried to convince us odd numbers = sedans & even numbers = coupes.
BMW sells more 4-door GC 6s than 2-door 6s.

The 6-series Gran Coupe is actually a nice-looking car as far as new BMWs go. The coupe, not so much. It's odd that the 4 door version of the 2 door version of the 4 door is that much more attractive.
