APR sticker on my new to me M5.

I recently bought an M5 and it has a sticker on it that says APR. Does this ring a bell to anyone as far as a mod goes? Possible chip maybe?

The sticker is good for 50 HP.

Yeah, I saw that. They dont make anything for an e28. I wondered if they made stuff for e28's back in the 80's or something.
