Euro Header Resonance

Just installed a set of euro "bundle of snakes" headers on my S38B36. The rest of the exhaust is 2.5" pipes merged into one 3" pipe. No cats, just resonator and free flow muffler (pic is pipes only). Getting some tones at various RPM (2200, 3900). Sounds like harmonics. It's not offensive, but annoying. Has anybody got any ideas on how to treat this?

I'd have to see the system, but the 3" exhausts tend to have a resonance unless you install some sort of resonators in the correct places (like in place of a cat.
