This will lead to even fueling between cylinders and better power/economy. Advancing the IP a little and using lower viscosity synthetic diesel engine oil will also gain you a couple of efficiency points.
Thanks for the incite, is there anything other then less acceleration I should expect from changing the diff? Will my speedo change?
I am clueless when it comes to tuning so I was going to get the mechanic to look at the IP and injectors or have him at least send the injectors away to be tested. If I add a IC do I have to change the IP settings? From what I have found it is not necessary if all I am looking for is mileage gains I don't plan on turning up the boost?
I plan on running Rotella Syn 5w-40 this summer.

Those two will drop your cd by .02 add in a slight ride height drop and you have knocked another .02 off. It doesn't sound like much but .04 reduction in drag coefficient without major changes is huge.
I like where this is going! I was thinking about getting a aluminum skid plate built instead of the factory tray as the roads up here are horrible and that oil pan is low. Do you guys think this would effect cooling?
Where would I find a air dam?
Lastly I have been doing a lot of research on this and have got mixed messages.
I am looking to lower the car but keep the ride quality as good as possible.
From what I have found it is my impression that the re-valved Bilstein sports and Eibach springs would be the way to go.
I have found a set of used rear billy hds in my area. Would it be ok to use them instead of sports? If I do should I stick with hd's up front or go sports?
If I lower it do I need to change rear camber?
When I change the springs, struts and shocks out I plan on installing this kit as well:

Is there anything that I should also look at installing? Bump stops etc.
Thanks in advance!
