No. That is for an M20 and the E28 528i is an M30. You won't find an ebay M30 exhaust manifold. Check Turbocharging Dynamics or 666fabrication.

Then it is not a 528i or the engine has been changed.

a manifold meant for a m20 engine in a e30 equipped car could also have a few clearence issues as well.

It would fit but you will have to move the oil filter.

They don't really fit anything. They'll need work to fit an M20 on an engine stand. BTDT.
