Martin, definitely have some tuning issues, with the Schrick 284 and the compression you are running I would have thought more like low 300s for HP and around 320 torque.
Might also have a little ignition problem starting around 3500rpm.
Your not too far off, a little tweaking will bring it in.
What are you using for management?

If that's an M30, which I think it is, that seems like low power for 11psi. What are the specs on the setup? Based on Todd's comment, I wonder how much the Miller software is limiting this setup.
I had hoped you would have replaced the Miller Software by now.

I want MegaSquirt with fully sequential injection. So tired of being the expensive ginea pig for my present tune. Honestly disappointed in the tune that was provided for turbo m30's that didn't have methanol injection.

AFRs seem too lean. Near peak torque your at 15:1!! Yikes.
I wonder if you are injecting too much W/M or not providing enough timing for it. Although it is lean at the peak, I'm concerned that the peak is at that low of an rpm. Like it's not making tq where the turbo/cam/head should be making it.
Having said that, it is nice and smooth and probably feels pretty good.
The methanol is using the smallest jet, and is activated against MAF signal. It seemed to dump too much when triggered by boost.

The cars are Tom's m30 (max hp:170); Martin's turbo m30 (253hp) , Jason's m50 with s50 cams(193hp. He discovered a fuel issue that was preventing full-power), Steve's M54 OBD1 (214hp) , and Joe's S50 w/ PS delete & 3.5" MAF (227hp). CarbConnection has a new dyno since my last run a few years ago, pre-turbo.
Smallest jet doesn't mean a whole lot. What is the flow rate?
What you want is a stage 3 W/M controller. You can set the start point at a given boost level (say 7psi) and once it is activated you can control the amount injected with pulse width.
I would suggest a larger nozzle and more tuning. It drops off mighty early for a 284 cam. Your peak HP is at a lower rpm than a stock b35 cam.

That could be timing.
Agreed he needs a controller of some sort.
I'd like to see some guidelines on how much to inject. I've always had to tune around what the car owner has done in the past...
There really aren't a specific set of rules on how and when to inject water/methanol. I wish there were, but there aren't.
It comes down to what you need it for. Detonation or fueling.
A proper size nozzle, mixture of water and methanol and the right placement of the nozzle will net you an octane rating of well over 100 depending on what you octane you start out with.

Don't see a need for meth/water inj.
Dyno may be a little stingy but you still have some tuning issues to deal with.
I'm anxious to see the results Peter gets with the LS coils and full sequential.
