looking to beef up - maybe with either 22mm F 16mm R or
25mm F and 19mm rear.
anyone out there done this ?
any suppliers other than Suspension Techiques?

I believe that stock is 25mm front and 19mm rear. There are few upgrades available from that.

yep just checked 25mm F and 18mm R for oem
they may not be a lot of upgrades to this.

The Dinan rear blue bar is 19mm.

OEM for the NA M5 is 25/18
Most aftermarket bars are 25/19, but since they're adjustable they can be make even stiffer than the M5 bars. Don't go full stiff on a big rear bar without reinforcing the mounting tabs though. They WILL break off.

Also, with the after market bars that have adjustment holes on the bar, you should go with adjustable links as well. On the stiffest setting the OE links are too short.
