Hi All im new here just joined today and im finding information that I need. Dont hate me yet but ive always hated BMWs always seen them on the side of the road but on a whim I went and purchased an 85 BMW 524td and fell in love with it. Now that the turbo is going I went and bought a t3t4 turbo. I am making an adapter for the exhaust because the compressor housing is too big, but here is my other problem does anyone know where I can find gaskets for my injector pump its been leaking Yes i did know it was leaking and im putting in a turbo and intercooler so as long as its down might as well get everything fixed
Thanks for any help

Look down a couple of posts in the turbo diesel board and you'll notice a thread entitled "BOSCH IP Pump Seal Kit 2.4 BMW Turbo Diesel." You don't even have to use the search function, it's literally at the top of the page...

I suggest you join the yahoo 524td group page as well, between here and there most info can be found.

I found this in message #4830 on the yahoo page:
"Bosch DGK 121 injection pump rebuild seal kit is nearly entirely viton gaskets with only three nitrile small black orings."
http://autos.dir.groups.yahoo.com/group ... ssage/4830
Good luck with the turbo upgrade, I just upgraded my T3 with a 360° thrust bearing and a 40 trim T4 compressor to help in the low RPM range. A ball bearing turbo would be sweet but would have required fabricating and a lot more money...
What intercooler are you using? I'm looking to add one soon.

Yep it came with everything, even a blowoff valve just no exhaust plate the one from the last turbo doesnt fit. I have to order one or make it myself, ive already made an adapter for my exhaust manifold to the turbo seein that this turbo is much larger than stock. Oh and for it making 350 hp no I dought it my car already has 253000 miles on it not going to blow it up lol
