where is it located, any physical adjustments and has anyone bought replacement and web site

Is your tach not working? If the car runs its probably going to be a problem in the cluster.

Is your coolant gauge flaky too? I'd bet that some solder joints in the ecu are starting to go bad. If you have a spare, try swapping the ecu or if you're good at soldering, reflow the board. My tach doesn't work and my coolant gauge is flaky and the ECU is my next step as I've been through the cluster a dozen times.

cluster is new , only the odometer is not working.
tack will jump up sometime , then fall back, usually when starting off fast. but most of time nothing

Check the ETM for the wiring diagram. I'm pretty sure the tach signal is conditioned and read by the ECU before being sent to the cluster.
