WTB: rear valance?

I have a euro-converted rear bumper, and because of it I have all those unsightly holes. I already know how bad I am at body/paint work so it would be much smarter for me to buy a rear valance that covers it up.

Where can I get one? Does anyone have one they want to sell?

Paul LaDue has reproduction Hartge valances on his website:

westcoastcustomparts.com.

Occasionally, they come up on here.

I've got a BBS front spoiler for the later valance if you're interested. PM me.
