A/C woes......

A/C's been working great since I've owned the car. Freon pressure's are fine and this appears to be an electrcal problem. Sometimes I turn it on, it works fine. Other times, it will work for a few minutes and the compressor shuts off. A/C switch is still lit up and on and the condensor fan works properly. Still other times, it does not come on at all. I'm thinking possibly a bad evaporator sensor/probe. Do these things go bad? It's starting to get a little warm here in Fl already.

DO you hear the "Cick" of the compressor when you push the A/C button?

turned out to be a simple fix. a little corrosion problem on the compressor connector. all is well once again
