Removing the Fuel Tank Door?

How do I do this? I bought a better condition one to swap out and now (having briefly looked at it--in the dark I might add) I'm starting to think I may be in for it.

What needs to be done to revove this darn door? tell me I don't need to drop the gas tank... :?

Isn't there just a couple of 13mm bolts on the inside edge of the filler door on the hinge? I removed mine but forgot how, I think I removed bolts on the inside of the rear panel area and took out the hinge with it. You don't have to drop the tank! Hahahaha.

IIRC, the nuts are 10mm
