My first BMW '84 533i

Here is a few pics.. I know about the camaro wheels... there is already a debate going on in the general topic forum. It is a North Carolina car and has NO rust or rot, (hard to find in vermont) just a few dents that need addressing. The P0 tried to fix them and then sprayed that red primer that looks pretty nasty. Here ya go.

I know the wheels "fit" but isnt taht dangerous?

If the bolt pattern is correct and the correct lug studs are used (the shape of the seat) then there is no good reason that it would be dangerous... other than the center bore difference.

IIRC, GM wheels are a CLOSE fit, but not quite. They'll "fit," but it won't be very safe. Get some wheels that actually fit and you'll be golden.

Oh and an e28 for 400 bucks? I'm jealous...

Not to be a dream killer , but I would primer it up and drive is as is. And get some BMW wheels, asap.

No "if" about it -- the bolt pattern is not correct. We've already discussd this plenty -- please see this thread.
