Gruppe,

In case you didn't read the thread where I posted pics of my red iS and Da Parts Pimp's diamondschwartz iS, here's a video I made of his car when I was in town a couple of weeks ago. . .

DPP's '88 535iS

It's 15 Mb in size and 3 1/2 minutes in length. My videography skills still have much to be desired, and I'm not the greatest editor either. But, I'm pretty happy with it anyway.

Enjoy!

You should do one with all engine sounds instead of music.

CrazyC, you're not referring to the stuff that makes tires all shiny, are you? I call that stuff Tire Jeri Curl. :D

PP, yes I most indubitably left my coin there. I had been looking for it all over and decided I must've left it at your place. I guess I forgot to call/e-mail about it. Thanks, bud!

PhilV, I muted all of the clips except three, because most of them were just white noise. I cut the music's volume down pretty low so that you could hear the exhaust, but you still can't hear it very well. I'll play with it, this afternoon, and see if I can make it better.

TJ and Bob, thanks! Oh, and Bob, you have a car just like mine. You just need the front spoiler. When I convert to Euro bumpers, I'll sell you mine. I'm from Louisiana, so shipping will be free.

It would look even meaner with smoked Hellas with crosses (Euro ones, 7.5/5.75).

I'm sorry it doesn't meet your standards! Next time, I'll put it to some cool techno music and add a big aluminum wing to the back of DPP's car. Then, it'll suit you just fine, right? :)

Given the time constraints and the weather that ended up turning somewhat bad, I think it turned out okay. There's always next time. 8)

hehe sorry i hate aluminium wings, im hardly about the looks on cars.

im not showing my vid, but was just saying yours seemd a little tame and like all the hardcore rock but nothing hardcore or rockin? some parts were good though, i liked the bit at the start in the garage :D but the engine should have been revved a touch more as it sounds quite nice :)

Im thinking of putting a 15" spoiler on the back of my E28.

Then a ricer pipe with dual 5" tips.

Then a non-functional hood scoop.

Then Im going to load the sides down with "stickers" to make it go faster!

Dont listem to me...I tell lies on some occasions. :D

lol.

(i hope your not taking the piss out of me since your completely wrong!) omg i hope to god nobody ever puts a big aluminium wing on the back of their e28  there is a chavvy e28 in derby, UK, where i live, its a horrible site. it had a single, universal "jap-style" exhaust muffler, a black bodykit like a cheap 80's rip off of a bmw bodykit, but the car was red. and it had a "cruisederby" sticker. in england all the towns have a "cruise[inserttownnamehere]" which is the local chav (ricer type person but not specifically jap cars) group.

very embarassing, so i hope i see him when im in my e28 and make him feel stupid. mwuahaha.
