Headlights and fog lights inoperative.

Need some help.
So decided to switch from sealed headlights to regular H4 and H1 from classicgarage. Swapped them out, high beams came with short harness low beams were plug/play. Turned headlights on ok then activated high beams and that's when I lost them all, no high no low no fog lights. Checked fuses were ok, but there is no power to them, then check terminal 30&87 in low beam and high beam relay ok battery power, then installed jump wire between 30&87 headlights are working ok then re-installed relay and jumped wire from terminal 86 to ground I hear the relay clicking inside, also when I select light on or high beams on I do get conformation in the cluster .Did I damaged both relays or there is something else?

I guaranty you did not damage the relays. It just doesn't work that way.

So what is the problem. Hmm, hard to say, but any chance relays got swapped? They're not the same. Not at home so I don't have access to wiring diagrams.
