Does anyone have one of these exhaust flanges (18111178137) they would be willing to let go for a reasonable price. FCP Euro and others are selling it for an eye watering $150. I'm putting in a 535 exhaust into my 533 and need this piece. Otherwise I'm wondering if i could find a generic way to join these two segments?
Thanks for the bump!
Yes, let me know as I had these made about a year and a half ago and they are still available! You will need to make the bevel interior edge but either a die grinder or a belt sander (hell, even a file!) can help you do that.
I took some measurements and also realoem helped me out here but the pipe diameter is 45mm / roughly 1-3/4 in round. So I was trying to find a generic 3 hole exhaust flange for that size, but really having a hard a time with it. The only option I've found is this one in the UK http://ebay.com/itm/292922021587
Here are pics of the magnaflow exhaust I'm installing. This is supposed to be a direct fit for the 535 and it corresponds to the realoem 45mm gasket ring i'm seeing.

Unless i misread, you have flanges that are 41mm which is for a 533, but please correct me if im wrong and i'll take them!
Yes, the flanges I have are for the stock exhaust so they won't work for you. See if you find someone with a waterjet locally and have them cut some for you just like I did as it will be the only option for you. In my case the minimum charge was $200 using 3/8" thick SS (I was welding some of them to the SS exhaust tubing).
Good luck!
If you've got dimensions of what you want - sendcutsend.com does a fantastic job for reasonable prices of small quantities of parts. I needed some random parts waterjet out (most recently a plate to tie the pedal box/master cylinder into the roll cage of an E30 race car) and they're never wildly priced.
