Airdam bolt PN or replacement?
Is there a part number for the airdam bolt riveted to the bottom rear mounting points of the airdam? Is there a replacement available?

Most probably not. That part was integral to the dam. Recommend fabbing one to rivet or bolt back onto the dam unless someone had a parts dam to get one from.
Shouldn’t be hard to make what you need to hold that bracket.
