Nice!!...what a shame it's so far away, it works for my e24. For those interested, it is the XM version, that is, EH automatic transmission.

I bought it from a guy in Louisville, KY who took it out of his running driving 635, and replaced it with a 5 speed. I bought it as a spare tranny for our 535i but have since sold the car. I even have the shifter that goes with it. 
Hope somebody can use it.

Someone wants it, badly more than likely. Just a matter of finding them. There's still plenty of these cars out there and autos aren't bulletproof. GLWG. (good luck with gift)

I hope so too, soon.
Still has the torque converter, flex plate, and shifter with cables. I think I even have the driveshaft. 
I’ll give it a few more days then it’s off to the recycler.
