Ben, on the cams, I thought that the M88 / S38B35 ones were 272/272. I think the 276/284 was for the S14.

Yes, the ones that everybody uses are 272/272. That is barely an increase over the B36 cams.
The 276/284 is the S14 go to for a reason. And since we have the grown up version of the S14 these are the way to go!
In short: I can confirm that they are indeed the 276/284 profile of the S14 adapted to the S38.
