I just ordered that part number off of eBay for $62. It may be an inventory mistake but it seemed to be the last one in stock and it is an oem piece. The part that is NLA and backorder is the piston I need. If the eBay ad for the timing chain tensioner falls through I will contact you.

Check with your local Bmw parts department and ask them for a release date on the part. It just became available but no ship date from Germany I think.
