bouncing at stop sign

Hello All -

I have a 1987, 528e. My car rocks/bounces a little when idling in PARK of Neutral. It does more so when in gear (at a stop sign). Any tips to stop the bouncing/rocking?

How many RPM is the idle. I prefer 700-800 RPM. Even then the car will creep if you lift off the brake. A high idle combined with worn out engine /transmission mounts does stuff like this.. So does lack of a tune and /or vacuum leaks.
