Tranny tunnel differences

I've searched in the archives, but didn't find much on the topic.

Is there any difference in tranny tunnel width or height over the production run? For reference, my car is an early ('84) Euro 520 automatic.

No difference. The later cars with the 4HP tranny had extra sliders for the tranny mount cross member that the earlier ones didn't. Also the manual cars have a body mount for a shifter bushing that the auto cars never had. (I had to make one when I did my 5 speed swap).
