ElJeepo has had a slow leak.
Tried plugging it myself, 1st time ever that has not worked.
Took the tire in and had it plugged from the inside.
We are now, Rollin', Rollin', Rollin', again.
Should've taken it to Discount Tire would have had it plugged AND patched for free.1st 5er wrote:![]()

You are tiring of AM/FM only?!?!? I am tiring of the ringing in my right ear as the only sound available in my car.
As soon as I figure out how to shake a cocktail shaker left handed, It will be stereo.Mike W. wrote:So you prefer your Tinnitus in stereo?topher800 wrote:davintosh wrote:Ordered a new stereo for my daily driver. I've been tiring of having nothing but AM/FM programming; no tape deck or CD player.

Ohhhh. If you're talking about those plastic ones on the I6's, I feel your pain. I'm not too far away from having to do it on a second (actually 3rd, but only the 2nd with them) E39. Not fun, not at all.amagansa wrote:Finally got my e39 fixed. I tore it apart due to it blowing the coolant pipes under the intake manifold. Then, life happened and I had to let it sit for ~3 weeks. By that time, my mind was elsewhere and I was not confident that I would be able to put it back exactly how it was before. So I swallowed my pride, took an L, and towed it to an independent shop and got it fixed. Feels good to have it back.
Yeah -- not a fun job, done it on my mom's e39 530iMike W. wrote:Ohhhh. If you're talking about those plastic ones on the I6's, I feel your pain.
