It is time to work on the compression ratio calculation.
I want some help with the M30B28 compression ratio calculator. I will try to make one just like BBR's (Brad) for my car and possibly any other similar one starting with Brad's excel. DID
So since my pistons are not flat let's measure them :
So the piston cc that needs to be abstracted from the cylinders head volume is
16ml or 16cc the cylinder head volume is
65cc volume
So the combustion chamber will be
65-16=49cc
So the head gasket is the one left to determine the compression ratio.
Using the Stock one i will get
9,06 : 1 compression ratio. I hope i have no mistakes in my calculations that is why i am going to check it again.

Back in the game guys
Easy riding cause the head is new, all working good

Some tuning is left to be done like ignition timing, new exhaust in the future maybe megaman will come in my car

I hope it holds for you. I'd be a little concerned about the smoothness of your block and it's capability of sealing under high pressure.
Compare your block to this:

Ooooo yes i am really concerned about my block
I just hope it holds... If it does not we will have a problem again...

The car is still running good

Today i just got the ignition timing pistol to get it right! so i did i am now running 22 degrees on boost 0,3 bar which is the stock setting for the car.
The car is lazy at low rpm and under vacum could that be due to high back pressure? I am not revving it high or full boost it until i change my muffler.

OK!!! freed up the exhaust and still the car was lazy! To be exact i was getting something like a rev limiter at 4.050 rpm

Omg i said

Then i just adjusted the AFM and TATA! the car is running gooddddd just touching the throttle the car goes fast, throttle response is great under vacuum. Also with my narrow band lamda i get rich mixture until rev limiter!

rich meaning 2 l.e.ds somewhere leaner then 14.7?

No no
Meaning 2 led's just before top rich reading on the halmeter.
The good thing, i guess is that when running the extra fuel injector, while on boost, the halmeter climbs from almost 14,7 to richer reading despite that rpm is rising, i will get a video to so you.

Just curious, what does one of those leds supposed to represent?
for example each led is 1.0afr. ?

Well this is a very good question indeed!
The accuracy is nothing compared to the wide band of course but the panel has some indicators on it : lean-stoich-rich.
On second gear that i have tested it since now it starts to climb up the led's but does not stop at any point cause the rev limiter comes first. I will get a photo of the panel.

Thank you BBR i am glad to find that you too are fine and well this new year!!!
For this year 2010 the car will stay in my garage except some small rides to keep is fresh and healthy.
The reason is that the taxes i have to pay to keep the license plate and the car running on the streets for this year are increased a lot for2010...Cause the car is old and a lot of CC's.
My business plans this year hope to get well and get in action next year

But health above all
