identifying calipers

i have these calipers and they are stamped with BMW 60/28/302 ATE. Can someone confirm which car it came from. Thanks.

These calipers are from a 740 or a 540. The code means the following: 1) 60 is the diameter of the piston 2) 28 is the thickness of the rotor 3) 302 is the diameter of the rotor. So this means that it is a 302x28 rotor, which comes on the 740 and 540 and the 60mm piston is consistent with the front calipers from those cars.

What about rear calipers with 38/10 toward the center?

38 means 38mm piston bore. 10 means 10mm thick rotor, which would be a solid rear rotor. As for which car these came on, I would have to do some more research as you are missing the last number.
