My E30 335i TCD Stage 2

Hello

After some time of hard work, my car is nearly finished :D

E30 318i Bj. 1988
M30B35 Engine
TCD Stage 2 Turbo + Manifold
Ford Green Top Injectors
Sachs Performance Clutch
Megasquirt 3.57 ( 2.1.0)
Bosch Wasted Spark Coil
Innovate lc-1
E36 Steering Rack
Front and Rear Brake upgrade ( 540i calipers with 312mm discs)
and much more ........

Your oil filter housing lid is ausgezeichnet!

I do not believe that it is recommended to vent the valve cover in this fashion. You may get quite a bit of oil all over the intake if you do this.

Very nice and clean.... To bad that crankcase vent filter is going dirty it up!

Maybe i should use a Oil Catch Tank for the Valve Cover Vent :roll:

That looks Great! What did you use for a throttle cable? Please explain what timing cover you used, do you know what it came off of?

My experience with those valve cover breather filters is that they just plug up quick and then you start pressurizing your crank case.

The throttle cable is from a Bike-Shop ( sold by the meter)

The Aluminum Parts are powder coated.

You can use an M10 front cover, but you must use an EARLY m30 valve cover. The front bolt is more centered than a standard b34 valve cover.

I have 2 of these setups. Also a blank timing cover for an M20.

The last 2 Days i fiddling around with my Megasquirt :( .

Can anyone help me with a msq file?
That would be a cool starting point for me.
