The car was a mess when I got it. Let's see, burnt clutch, cracked head, nightmare MS wiring. So I gutted everything in there including the engine and MS.
The car is now running beautifully with the 179 ecu. I'm planning on installing an FMU and keeping it at 6 psi.
I had no problems with a pressurized AFM. I never bothered to glue the lid back either. Never had any problems. It would be just fine for a low boost system.

What's an IAT?
So the blow off valve in my new case doesn't need routing back into the intake because it will be before the afm? A simple blow off valve will be one that vents to atmo? I need to go check the one I have now.
As long as the door is of a larger diameter than the compressor outlet it wont be a problem. For reference, the outlet of my GT3582R is about the same size as an M20 AFM.
