I'm the closest but not sure when i can get there. What I'm wondering is how did this car end up on that lot and min that part of town. It's smack dab in the middle of salvage yard heaven. definitely not normal M5 stomping grounds.
I still have not checked that one out yet and I'm only 10 miles away. It's the cheapest one on autotrader right now - less than half what I'm asking for mine. If these cars were stocks I'd short ém.
I went and saw that thing today. Seats are pretty rough, the other leather trim could be brought back with some conditioner. From what I could tell the body looked ok but was covered in dust and parked within a foot of the cars around it. One tire is completely flat, the others are on their way. Has California plates starting with "2" so there's a good chance it has been here for most if not all of it's "life". It's listed on Autotrader.com for around 5,500. For less money it would make a good project for restoration or part - out candidate. I did not stick around long or talk to anybody but will go back if anyone is curious.......
