After looking through the fuel injection part of my Bentley I noticed there are no diagrams of a metal thingy I have between my fuel line and rail.
It's about half as thick as the FPR and about the same diameter. Fuel line from firewall goes into it, then the metal thingy (no it's not a FP gauge), then a couple inches of hose take it to the fuel rail. Is this thing supposed to be there? Any idea what purpose it serves? Should I remove it? Been trying to sort out a rich running condition and was thinking about installing an inline FP gauge, but now I'm trying to figure out what the hell this thing is in my way.
