Low-tech talk: SEM color coat for floor mats

I just made my 20 year old mats look really good with a can of blue SEM color coat.

Y'all think it will last, or will I soon have blue shoes and faded mats?

It this stuff really holds up it will be $8.00 bucks well spent.

I bought some of that stuff you get from Wal-Mart to dye cloth. 2 cans did my entire carpet a nice dark grey/smoked/black look. The ONLY part that has worn out over the past year and a half has been where my feet rub on the non-cloth part of the carpet. I say it's worth it.
