Welcome back! I haven't seen you posting for quite some time now. BTW, that is an awesome poster.

thanks for noticing I was gone for awhile. I stopped coming into to forum because I was highly angered when someone told me to "get over it" when a scum bag Ebayer started using pictures of my car to sell fake ACS body kits. Not the type of support I expected from other E28 enthusiast in here.

Zealots

Post by BMWBOY »

I purchased my first BMW in 1984 742002Tii 35k original ,Inka Black. I didnt know much about these cars but learned to love them. My Tii was subsequently photographed forAutomotive Quarterly, I joined BMWCCA the same year and dreamed about owning the ZEALOT M CARS. Over the years : Bav73, 87535is, 88M5, 90M3 . Two out of three is not too bad and a whole lot of fun. If I ever have a chance of clear copies of this advertisement and others are interested , I will consider sending copies. Happy Holidays to All!

I know I went thru the angry stage for comments that I felt wouldn't be said to my face but now I try to look for the good and in return I hope it spreads. :)

Man, if you could scan that ad properly and post it in hi-res, I'd be forever grateful. If not, I'd "get over it" :)

I have a mint R&T mag with the ad. I was thinking of doing some copies of the print, maybe even a poster size if the quality isn't lost. I'll update in a few weeks if I decide to do it.

I used to have that ad on my bedroom wall in middle school.

I, too, would love a high-res scan.

Found and ordered one shortly after posting the above response.

Appreciate the heads up.
