M20 motor 2.8 eta bottom, 325i head with 260 degrees longer duration cam out of a 323, custom shaved pistons.
3 bar FPR with matching rebuilt injectors
ECU is 200 380 stock chip as far as I know.
Symptoms:
Idles rough, around 500RPM. I think timing is retarded. Idle contol valve seem to work, but only get 8V from the ECU.
I know I need to chip it, but what to use? How can I get a custom chip made for this monster?
If it helps with the economy of things, I would be interested in buying one of these same chips assuming that it will plug right into an ECU ending in 525 (motronic 1.3). Im going to use this box some day, unless Randy C wants or needs it.
