uhhmn, Ive replaced these items and never needed to have the alignment redone. e-28 alignment is toe in adjustment only. Only replacing tie rods, center link, etc should require alignment. My guess is the you messed on the R+R of a shock tower or something is rubbing on the tie rods. WAG: did you put a control arm on the wrong side?

Michael[/QUOTE] oops, insert up after messed. sounds to me as if some thing could be binding, possibly the top strut bearing is seized. I repacked mine when I Removed and Replaced the struts.
