I just bought this 6er and friend and I split the cost. we are planning to do a eventual 5 speed swap. the paint is polaris silver and its in amazing condition. the interior is black leather and its also in amazing condition. all electricals work except locking system but can still open doors and trunk. 15 in wheels with very nice tires. the auto transmission is stuck in 2nd gear we believe. could be easy but we're gonna find out as we jump into this project. bonus is it comes with a 5 spd swap. everything you need with a new clutch. all offers will be looked considered. just pm me

Do you have the 633 light flywheel for the swap, make sure you use the light flywheel it makes a big differance on these cars!

They're not dual mass for the earlier cars. A standard 535i flywheel is 22lbs give or take.

Why is this posted in the For Sale / WTB Forum ? Is it For Sale ? The entire post reads like this is a new project you and a friend just bought. I only see one very vague ambiguous reference in the next to last statement. :dunno:

I believe this project was purchased to flip it. There was discussion of purchasing this car in this thread. My guess is that they are fielding offers for people to take it off their hands before they tear into it.

Thanks for the link to the original thread, that really cleared up what's going on. Regardless the OP wasn't very coherent.

Hope they luck out and unload this thing before they tear into it.

Johnny,

Thanks for the offer but I'm not in the market right now for another project car, my bride would kill me.
