Doesn't sound like the burger and fries were free if you had to paint to get them.

He didn't say "burger". It looks like he picked his own payment.

It's simple - if you deface (or if your deranged enough to call it beautification) public property, you're a douche bag. It's that simple and the end of the story. They should shove a can of Krylon up your ass with a remote switch for the sprayer - like a cable-release.

And of course, Manny D. thinks I'm singling him out. If Shawn D. came in and said he decided to "beautify" trains and buildings in his spare time, I'd say the same thing.

You're right, burgers not burger. But he did say "free", my point, and compensation for work means 'he paid' for the food with his painting and the local burger stand owner paid for the painting with his food.

Nothing "free" about it.

Actually he said "booger" or something like that, which was the point of my comment about picking his own payment. He later edited it and fixed the typo, so the context of my post was lost.

Boogers are free... burgers not...
Oh well at least he went straight with his art work. I agree with most, that vandalism is wrong...
whether you eat boogers or burgers.

If it defaces public or private property, I think it's wrong....very wrong. I don't think any (as M-Racer puts it) vermin has a right to damage someone else's property.

If it is art, and the property owner agrees to it, that is another story as I am all for property owner's rights.

I say that anyone caught doing this should have a Krylon can shoved up their ass with a cable attached to the nozzle. Spray away.

I tend to agree. There is a middle ground that includes more than the absolute choices we were offered here. Graffiti is often art and almost equally often defacement, no matter where it is.
+1 I agree. It still is someone's property, but some of it is equally as entertaining.

I also agree with that.

What you should be scared about is how In Hesperia California.
A 60 year women was shot, and killed because some "toy" wannabe tagger defaced her trash can. All she did was yell "hey"

That is complete BULLSHIT,a Loss of life, because of a stupid punk kid, could not respect someones property.

I am a very dominate person, and if i see someone even walking a dog on my yard, i get very upset, so i dislike "bombing" just so a Kid can say "hey i did that".

What manny does is up to him, if you dont like it Oh well. your not God or the police, so your not gonna change him, He is a Grown man, and makes his own decisions, He may have to live with the rest of his life.

The Railroads Dont Honestly Give a shit, about tagging,as long as it doesn't affect this bottom line.

Result in Lawsuits, or Affecting the Numbering systems. The reason why the Railroad police go after taggers,is because of How many times Taggers have been Ran over By passing trains, and the family will try to sue the railroads.

BNSF,UP & CSXT Are busy enough as it is, Fixing bad orders and Wrecked cars, so again tagging is nothing they
honestly care about.

Without Tagging,my model railroad wouldn't be as colorful as it is ,
