This is a very rare wheel in great shape. Looking on ebay, his price falls a little bit higher than the majority, but this is covered in alcantara and is the smaller diameter as stated. It's a very fair price for what it is. Not sure, I'm not familiar with M-tech II wheels. Best guess would be to ask the seller to measure the diameter of the wheel.
