I know the feeling ; we are going to the closing within the next two weeks. As you can see from the pics work is needed, the contractor has submitted his cost to the mortgage company. I will opened the closed up garage and install a remote door.





Updated: As of 4:30p.m today, my wife & I are a first time homeowner.

Yea, like Shawn D. stated the "The Honey Do List" which is not long but expensive short. She has already hit me for $2,650 of the Garage's renovation money
