If you have been watching the post you'll probably know that this is like the third time I've posted this car for sale in the last 6 months. I had inqiurerys but I have been on the fence weather I actually wanted to sell my baby,... I think I'm ready. I put the car down for about 7 months probably a little bit past a year now, when I went to start driving it..it had electrical problems.... the windows and sunroof doesn't work. Only one front headlight works as well. I have since gotten an e39 540 six speed so i guess I'm kinda busy with it. I am going to detail everything about the car now so all the serious buyers can see what is for sell here, and hopefully add a lot of pictures I know i have like two on a thumb disk...
Bad Stuff:
-Rust in the trunk( in spare tire well and goes all the way through)
-only one headlight works
-windows and sunroof don't work
-driver seat motors don't work( original recaro)
Good Stuff:
-Runs Awesome( Jim Conforti chip, synthetic oil since I bought it at 108k miles now has 155k, no leaks from anything)
-Suspension has about 10,000 miles on it Bilstein HD with HR sports
-$600 supersprint exhaust system
- Original 18" M-parells from a 740i with emblems and tires at 90%
- well maintained numerous other new parts like cross drilled brakes, starter, cold air intake, was given total tune up brfore it was sat down.
- New A/C compressor and ac work
- 5spd tranny in great shape
- New drive shaft
- New dashboard cover
I am taking offers I feel the car is worth atleast $1700 plus, but I will take appropriate offers. It runs great I raced it against the 540....it did good but its no 540....lol. I will post a picture if I can figure out how to do that. Only serious inquiries please I am to busy to play the email game....any one can come look
at the car. I am in Georgia. It is a good find for the person with about two weeks and $500 dollars to invest. Feel free to contact me with qeustions I don't mind answering but I do not wanna take pictures of every nook and cranny of the vechicle because it is at my other house. Feel free to come see though
