Probably. Hard to tell from those pictures. If they were original equipment on an E39 you will need hubcentric rings to avoid vibration.

Yes they will fit as long as the offsets are 20MM. If they are staggared the rears must be at least 22MM or greater or they will rub. As Mark stated.....you will need hub centric rings for proper fit. Tire Rack only sells them for wheels they sell. Check Ebay.
