I was messing around with some of the relays trying to figure out which was for the fuel pump until I figured out that I bought the wrong one. All is well except that none of my power windows work. Any idea what I screwed up?

Try resetting the circuit breaker in the kick panel just above your right knee when you are sitting in the drivers seat.
