Curious, it this a dual mass unit? Also, what is the weight of this flywheel?

It is the one piece, solid unit found in pretty much every eta. Supposedly the dual mass flywheels exist but I've never seen one.
Weight of the flywheel with packaging is 25 lbs. I think the flywheel itself is supposed to be just under 24 lbs
