It's a 2005 325iTA Sport wagon that spent most of it's life in California.
Therefore no typical rust belt car. From my understanding it spent two winters up here: 2015 with the PO, 2016 it was stored in my garage, as I was still driving my old car and last winter with me.
The following things have been addressed:

The good:
- it's a wagon
- rare sports trim
- Rust free
- lot's of maintenance completed by me and PO
- M56 Engine, non of the CCV problems
- Gas tank replaced under BMW warranty

The bad:
- could use some paint on the front end
- Rear M3 wheels / tires were a little too wide for the body and did rub in the beginning, they are not worn to the bead, but show marks on the outside from rubbing (fenders rolled, shaved & sealed now)
- Headliner started to sag a couple if weeks ago, known E46 issue (I recommend glue and paint in black)
The following things will need attention in the future:
- Front strut mounts (I have them and will include them with the sale, Lemförder)
- Rear strut mounts (I have them and will include them with the sale, Lemförder)
- Engine and Transmission mounts (I have them and will include them with the sale, Lemförder)
- shocks are starting to get tired, it's still the factory sport struts ( I will include a set of used Konis with 30k miles)
- Rear sub frame bushings (not terrible yet, but I would address them in the next 10-15k miles)
- I recommend replacing clutch fan with the electric fan from manual cars (I have a good used one that is included with the car)
