That's a great looking car. Rare among rare in the US.

So much want. I think a Touring will be my next purchase. Hard to find around these parts. Not sure about the expense of importing though...

Very interesting  If it was about 10-15% shorter and didn't have that C-pillar, it'd have a very compelling shooting brake type look. The length of that rear quarter panel is hard to look at for me...seems more appropriate a length for a pick-up bed. Very cool, nonetheless!

I had the Volkswagen equivalent of this: 1988 Fox GL Wagon. Same size engine also, albeit with a lot less cajones and cache.
This type of design works well if you have the rear seats dropped all the time and treat it as a hatchback on steroids. Useful for hauling a bunch of stuff and great for a couple out camping.
Sucks if you want passengers in the back though.

Cool side variant/conversion model.

Deposit paid on the car and ovide is going to help me ship it over. Will plan to have it at the Vintage in May. Can’t really believe i’m buying this but it caught my eye and I figured why not? Looks to be a well done conversion and an interesting car for sure.
