My brtother watched Ken Block and his Hoonycorn and plan's changed! He wanted something similar but than al BMW so this is the list of how it get's build now:

BMW E9 body
Tubular frame
BMW S62 engine
Cadillac supercharger
E46 front suspension with Wisefab hi angle kit
E90 rear axle

We got an engine from the US which will get rebuild but we are making the adapter for the Caddy S/C first.

Sorry, I only got 3 picture now:

This has got to be the craziest BMW mod project (keeping in mind it started as one project, but has now apparently morphed into a second) I've ever seen. And I've seen crazy BMW mod projects for a long, long, long time.

Are those trailer fenders?

I like the chassis jig.

I'm glad you scrapped the e12, they are junk.

Was just thinking about this project on Friday. So glad for these updates. What's the story on that supercharger?

It fits really nice inside the S62 banks. This one was only $500,- and new. It is a Eaton M122.
A friend of us works at a company with CNC mills and lathes. He designed an adapter for the S62 heads and the Caddy charger.
I'm really curious how it should go with it. We are going to run it with a MS3 pro and Bio-ethanol.

A lot have been done to this one the last couple of month's. Me and a friend have been working on it pretty frequently.

Due to under hood room we made a 90 degree brake booster / master cylinder setup using heim joints, a Nissan booster and E46 pedal.

Image

Image

We also made templates out of cardboard which will be duplicated in aluminium.

Image

Mind the drain pipe driveshaft.....

Image

Brackets to hold the fibeglass ass up

Image

Image

Image

Image

After that we took its head off because it was a (rusted) sunroof car

Image

Image

Making the templates for the fiberglass front

Image

A 4 row aluminium Chevy squarebody radiator will do the cooling

Santa was late this time!
