T3 T4 combination flange?????????

I'd like to find a special flange that I have seen before.
The flange is basically a T3 flange, with a split entry, with more material around the perimeter of it to also have the 4 mounting holes of a T4.

Here is a pic of it:

all markings in blue = the corresponding T3 Dimensions and all red = T4

Side note:
I know everyone is going to say just get a T4 flange, but this is for a special project (not M30) and some T3 turbines could be used and some T4 turbines could be used. and since I am unsure of which turbo I want without actually "feeling" it, I want to have the ability to just bolt on or bolt off with ease.

I would just take the dimensions to a machine shop and have one made up.

You could make one pretty easily with a drill and a jigsaw.

Bring the drawing file to a someone with a waterjet saw or laser and have them zip it out. If you give them a usable file the part may cost you under $20.00.

Nice concept, nice capability, and nice software, but the price is not so nice. Quite frankly, it's exhorbitant. Their prices on some very simple parts I'd designed (1/4" thick, 2"x4" acrylic rectangles with six non-tapped holes) led me to look for alternatives and ended up with me buying a Taig mill. IIRC, even with quantities in the double digits, pricing was going to be higher than $50 each.
