subframe bushings

Where can I buy subframe bushings spline studs? hat you use to tak them out?

The dealer can get the studs. You knock them out with a hammer from underneath (you must remove the rear seat bottom)

That's how I remove it but if you know any safer way cause after knocking them out they look very bad. Any other online retailer?

Put the nut onto the bolt before you beat it to death and sacrifice the nut not the bolt.
