euro 6 hesitation bucking and rough idle under 1500rpm

i went through a no# of similar topics but they only confused me more.


so heres what happening

anyone got any experience on this .... euro 6 hesitation bucking and rough idle.

all this under 1500rpm only nothing past that.

ocassinal rough idle

hesitation bucking under 1500rpm.

afm cleaned swapped no difference.

valve adjustment done

plugs changed

cold start valve functioning but not changed.

tps not verified yet.

There are many factors that could cause your issue. Check for vacuum leaks, check/test ignition components, test fuel pressure. If you have the tools, all of these tests can be done easily. Once you know the mechanical condition or baseline of an engine it is much easier to tackle issues like this.

Did you clean and check the initial mechanical adjustment of the throttle plate? How about the functionality and adjustment of the throttle position switch?
