Before: Euro 528i 1982 Lapis Blue original paint with black seats and blue carpet, no heat, no air, goofy wheels, "IS" rear spoiler, Hartge front. The good: 750il front brakes, 3:73 lsd, steel braided brake lines, short shift kit, and although it had tons of dents, excellent paint!
After: 3.5 dirty motor conversion-Courtesey of Autobahn!, Alpina spoilers, wheel, shift knob, gauges, E39 sport wheels, Flofit seats, new tint, new rugs, etc. Very fun and tossable daily 5er.

Wow, what an improvement! It looked kinda low budget/boy racerish in the before pics. Super classy in the after pics. Nice job.

Mine is like a Golf Cart compared to yours! The only smoke I'll get is out the tailpipe whilst trying to get a glimpse of your license plate.

They ended up on Jerry Kingmans e12 M535i clone that went to the east coast. I didn't get the 528 with those
wheels as he removed them before the sale. It had some TSW copies that were fugly. I ended up trading them
back to Jerry for some Alpina goodies.

Good stuff, Ron! I love pretty much all of the blues on E28s. Lapis is a very rare E28 color. Never seen it on one before!
