1985 535i 5 Speed

Up for sale is my 85 535i in graphite metallic. I bought this car in November to use as a commuter to and from school (30 mi) so that I would not have to drive my 2002. The 2002 is now sold and has been replaced with a e39 that is going to be my lone horse for a while. When I bought the car, the driveshaft was toast, so I had it replaced with a remanufactured DS. Perfect now. The only thing the car needs now is brakes. The light is on and there is an occasional squeak. The pads are pretty worn and will need to be done soon. Also, the drivers seat is tweaked (you can see it in the pictures) - it has been like that since I bought it and it doesn't bother me. It could use a new bracket or you could put a new seat in its place. All in all, it's a nice ride and pulls hard. The odo is stuck at 169k, but I have the odo gears and just am not going to put any more time in to it. I will be a great DD for someone. Little to no rust (surface in a few places...but nothing structural). AC works and is charged...Hit me up with Q's if you have them. The car is located in Winston-Salem, NC and I'm asking 2k for it.
