$999! Come get this car!
I am looking for a SERIOUS buyer! The price is $999... not $998.99... not $900. Don't come look at the car if you don't have cash or Paypal ready to buy. If it does not sell at this price then f*$& it!
Clean GA title in my name
Passed GA Emissions 10/28/08 LEGALLY with no tricks
1987 BMW 325is 5-speed (all gears working fine)
170k-ish on the odometer, but the odo is broken (probably closer to 270k)
Black exterior and red interior
Sport Seats (LOL well worn)
Front "IS" spoiler
Rear "IS" trunk spolier
3.73 LSD rear end
M-Tech Steering wheel
M-Tech Suspension (LOL well worn)
Recent maintenance (spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, battery, clutch, valve adjustment)
It runs and I have been using it as my pack mule. The car should definitely have some more preventive maintenance done to it (timing belt, water pump, belts, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, etc). The suspension is worn and it at least needs shocks. It does not like cold mornings, but runs fine once warmed up. The valvetrain is loud and it idles high. But hell it's a $999 car! Take the money you save and fix it up. At this price I don't want any complaints, and the car is sold as-is. If you don't know how to work on cars yourself I would advise you to find another car honestly.
The exterior is in fair condition. No major baseball bat dents or such, and the paint is actually decent for the age. There is some surface rust on a few common areas (taillight, rear window, sunroof), but not too serious in my opinion.
The interior is fair other than the front seat which are very worn. The radio is gone as well as the glovebox. The AC was supposedly working before the radio was taken by the PO, but does not blow cold now. Heat works great.
I have tried to describe this car the best I can. It would be great for a swap project, AutoX rat, or even with some work a daily driver. The car is in Marietta, and I can show it any afternoon or the weekend. PM me for my phone number or post your info in this thread. Now here are some cheap camera phone pics from when I was working on the clutch. Yes the car is on the ground now.
